SMS Messaging Policy

Program description

BusinessReviewAlerts sends account-notification SMS messages: an alert when one of the Google Business Profile locations you connected receives a new customer review. Messages include the star rating, a snippet of the review and a link to reply.

Opt-in

SMS alerts are strictly opt-in. You only receive messages after you (1) create an account, (2) enter your mobile number in the dashboard, and (3) check the unchecked consent box that reads: "I agree to receive review alert SMS messages from BusinessReviewAlerts at this number. Message frequency varies (up to 50/month). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help." We store the date and time of your consent.

Message frequency and cost

Frequency varies with your review activity, up to 50 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We never send marketing SMS.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Reply HELP or email support@businessreviewalerts.com for assistance.
• You can also disable SMS anytime from your dashboard.

Privacy

Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the alerts described above and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
