Terms of Service

1. The service

BusinessReviewAlerts ("the Service") monitors the Google Business Profile locations you connect and sends you notifications about new reviews via the channels you enable (Telegram, email, and — on eligible plans — SMS). The Service is a notification tool; it does not create, edit, or delete reviews.

2. Your account and authorization

You must be authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you connect. You grant us permission to read review data on your behalf through Google's official API. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account or by disconnecting in the dashboard.

3. Plans, billing and trials

  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly by plan.
  • New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; you can cancel before it ends at no charge.
  • SMS alerts are available on Pro plans and limited to 50 SMS per calendar month; when the cap is reached, alerts continue via Telegram and email.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the self-service billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Service limits and availability

We aim to deliver alerts within minutes, but delivery times depend on third parties (Google, Telegram, email providers, mobile carriers) and are not guaranteed. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, to access profiles you are not authorized to manage, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Independence from Google

BusinessReviewAlerts is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google" and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC.

7. Termination and changes

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
